Job Description:
You will be caregiver to an elderly man or woman who needs 24/7 care because of his or her physical or mental situation. You will be living in the residence of this client and will work 6 days a week and approximately 5 hours per day. Your tasks will be to assist the client with all his or her needs. Think of (helping) showering or waching the client, preparing meals and helping yhem eat and drink, doing the shopping, general housekeeping, etcetera. You will be registered at the same address and will receive a handsome income of about 120% of the minimum wage. Besides, you will not be charged for rent and can eat with the client at no additional cost. If all works out, you will build up a close relationship with the client. You will be supported and coached by professional carers who will come by once a day. The only difficulties of this job are that you will be expected to be with or near the client 24 hours a day (you can go shopping for max. 1 hour a day) and that old people tend to die at some point. So think about these issues before you candidate yourself! And by the way.... children cannot stay at your place of work! I invite all mature women with some (related) experience in this field AND with reasonable English or German language skills to send me their resume/CV (in English or German). I will have multiple positions, both long and short-term, in the years to come!
Hope to hear from you!
